In other excellent news, I've also had the good fortune to try the Spascriptions Retinol Facial Serum, and this is one that feels like it does a good job, without breaking the bank! Released back in September, alongside the Collagen Facial Serum, I chose to try this, because I wanted to see what benefits my skin could get from a serum that retails for $17.99 for 50 ml of product. This claims to be moisturising, while penetrating deeply into the skin. This is meant to help minimise expression lines and wrinkles, while boosting cell renewal and delaying the effects of skin aging. It is also supposed to maintain the firmness of your skin.
I love that it comes in this heavy, silver dropper bottle with a blue label, and that gives this a bit more of a mid-range feel to it. The serum itself is clear, and relatively thin, and it gets absorbed in a flash. I really like that it doesn't take much patting to get the serum to seep into the skin, and I'm left with skin that is feeling more moisturised than it was before. I also really love that it does help add hydration to the skin, and that it maintains the plumpness of my skin, thus assisting in reducing the appearance of fine lines. It's also really great that this doesn't have a fragrance to it.
You can buy this online over here, or head to Big W to pick up your own bottle of goodness. I'm really looking forward to trying the collagen version soon, given the success of this one! What is your recommendation for the most effective budget friendly product?
