She was born in wimington,Delaware on april 23rd 1960. She has been married to her ex-husban Eddie Van Halen for 26 years, from the year 1981 and divorced lately in the year 2007.Bertinelli was married to Eddie Van Halen on april 11th 1981 and blessed with a son, William Van Halen in the year 1991.
On a recent interview with Oprah ,while she is promoting here new autobiography Loosing It…..And Gaining My life Back One Pound At a Time, she confess that her ex-husband and she cheated each other.
She said, “ I cheated first, but never know why.,,” and also speaks about a lusty lesbian moment, when she kissed another woman. She also spoke about herself, turning down offers for roles in films in the early 1980’s because of her cocaine addiction.
