Small Haul | Boots + Kukee

The other day I treated myself by making a small Boots and Kukee order, I haven't bought much but thought I'd show you what I bought anyway as I am in love with the jewellery I got from Kukee! I like to think this will be the last haul for a little while as I am trying to save money more, I want to buy a new camera at some point this year, my little Canon digital camera has done its best but it is time to upgrade I think. Anyway, onto the actual haul!

I first made a little Boots order, I bought 2 products that I've wanted to try for a little while now. Very rarely do I get sucked in by an advert but for months now Hollyoaks have been sponsored by VO5 and the Smoothly Does It range keeps on catching my eye. When I saw that Boots had a 2 for £5 deal on the range I snapped up these 2 products very quickly! The Straightening Lotion was the product that I wanted the most, I have very thick, frizzy and wavy hair that needs quite a bit of taming and help to get it straight so the promises that this product made sounded very appealing. I haven't tried this yet but I will most definitely do some kind of a review on my here about it once I've tried it a few times. The second product I purchased from the range was the Tame and Shine Spray which is supposed to reduce frizz and leave your hair with a healthy shine. I'm hoping together they will give me shiny, frizz-free straight hair!

The Straightening Lotion is usually £5.99 (buy here) and the Tame and Shine Spray is usually £3.89 (buy here) but I got them on a 2 for £5 offer which is still on, it is definitely worth taking a look at the products that are included in the offer, I saved myself £4.88!

Next I finally made an order from Kukee, a online jewellery shop that I've wanted to buy from for quite a while! I never seem to get round to making an order though so the other day I finally treated myself to some of their affordable jewellery. My order came to £10, with delivery, so Kukee are definitely worth checking out!

The first thing that caught my eye was this Infinity Suede Bracelet, which is only £1.50 (buy here). I don't tend to wear bracelets too much as they can annoy me, I do love how they look though so I've been looking for some simple and small ones for a while. I can definitely see me wearing this on a daily basis, it will go with any outfit!

Then I stumbled upon the rings on the website and ended up buying a few, despite the fact I never wear rings. Recently though I have been wanting to wear a few simple yet pretty rings so I bought these. The first one is the Rose Gold Infinity Ring that cost £1.50 (buy here), it is a little big for me but I'm planning on getting some plain stacking rings to wear just above it to keep it in place.

The next ring is a gold leaf ring that is really dainty and pretty, exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately this seems to have come off the website now, which is such a shame as it really is a lovely piece of jewellery!

The last ring I purchased is this black moon and star ring which was £1.50 (buy here), again it is another simple ring. It could do with being a little bigger but they only had it in the size small, it is big enough for me to still wear it though thankfully, as it is really cute.

Finally I bought this simple Moon necklace which I thought would be nice to go with any outfit, something that I can wear all the time as again I'm not the biggest wearer of necklaces so something basic like this is perfect for me. It was only £3 (buy here), which is a bargain compared to some shops like Topshop which will charge a lot more for something so simple.

Now I've made my first Kukee order I've added so many more pieces of jewellery from them onto my wishlist, I'll definitely be making another order in the future!

What have you been buying recently?

Thanks for reading,
Shona x
