Once a week, after shampooing with Tigi's Superstar Sulfate-Free shampoo, I apply a walnut-size amount of the treatment to my hair and gently comb through. I put on a clear, plastic shower cap and finish my shower. I let the conditioner penetrate my hair for about 5-7 minutes as I brush my teeth and apply my body lotion.
